Format:
The discussion will be in a roundtable format. An official who has worked in an agency or organization designed to promote democracy or youth empowerment will moderate the discussion. He or she will ask debaters questions and vice versa.

Purpose:
We hope this discussion will be fast-paced. It will help students to think on their feet and stretch their mind to unfamiliar issues. The DFD believes exposing students to a variety of debate styles will help them become effective communicators in different contexts.
